SCENE 01 — Manager Workspace
Timeline: 0–27 seconds
On-screen text: Manager Workspace is coming soon
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
Who is away today? Which request needs a decision? Where is the right team record? Coming soon, the MyFocus Manager Workspace brings those everyday questions together. Start with your team, see what needs attention, and open the established workflow for the next step. This walkthrough follows a manager from daily coverage through performance and workforce requests.

SCENE 02 — Everyday manager tools
Timeline: 27–55 seconds
On-screen text: Team leave, calendars and reports stay close
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
The overview gives managers a practical starting point. Open team leave for availability and approvals, check the department calendar when planning coverage, or move into birthdays and contacts. Reports stay within reach too. These tools keep their existing business processes, while the workspace keeps the team context visible and reduces the need to retrace the same navigation path.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 03 — The team directory
Timeline: 55–84 seconds
On-screen text: A searchable team directory with Grid and Cards
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
A name, a role or a photograph can be the quickest way to find the right colleague. Search the authorised team directory and choose Grid for detail or Cards for a more visual view. Select an employee to open their information and the actions available to your role. Your reporting line and existing visibility rules still define what you can see.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 04 — Contacts and service milestones
Timeline: 84–112 seconds
On-screen text: Contacts, birthdays and service milestones
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
The directory keeps everyday people information close to the conversation. Check contact details, upcoming birthdays and service anniversaries, then open the selected employee for more context. Where your configuration allows it, the directory can also show next-of-kin or emergency contact details. Birthday preferences and access rules continue to apply, so sensitive information stays within its permitted use.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 05 — The reporting line
Timeline: 112–139 seconds
On-screen text: A visual organisation chart with familiar controls
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
The organisation chart provides another way to understand the reporting line. This example follows Leia Organa through the Jedi team. The dedicated source chart offers its own search, level and zoom controls. Employee visibility and reporting-line context continue to apply. Use the chart to orient the conversation, then open the authorised employee record for detail.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 06 — Team leave
Timeline: 139–167 seconds
On-screen text: The My Team leave summary
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
The My Team leave view brings coverage and leave work together. See who is away today, how many assigned requests await approval, and which balance signals need a closer look. Each indicator has a useful destination. Open the relevant section rather than treating a number as the whole answer, and use the reporting-line scope shown by the workspace.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 07 — Balance signals in Bar view
Timeline: 167–196 seconds
On-screen text: Bar, Column and Pie use the same underlying counts
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
A chart can make the balance picture easier to discuss. The team balance visual offers Bar, Column and Pie views of the same signal counts. Change the view to suit the question, while keeping the meaning of each category in mind. A chart choice changes the presentation. The underlying balance rules and the authorised team population continue to govern the result.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 08 — Balance signals in Column view
Timeline: 196–216 seconds
On-screen text: Bar, Column and Pie use the same underlying counts
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
Column view presents the same balance signals vertically. The example contains one negative balance, two annual balances above the configured eighteen-day threshold, and three within range. The shape changes while the population and the balance rules remain the same.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 09 — Balance signals in Pie view
Timeline: 216–238 seconds
On-screen text: Bar, Column and Pie use the same underlying counts
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
Pie view shows the same one, two and three balance signal counts as a share of this six-person example. A low available balance alone is informational. The signal chart helps start a review and does not determine whether a leave request will qualify.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 10 — Coverage and assigned approvals
Timeline: 238–266 seconds
On-screen text: Away today and the assigned approval queue
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
The Away today section helps managers understand immediate coverage. The approval section shows requests assigned through the existing leave workflow. Search the queue and open a request to review it in the established approval screen. Keeping these views together gives the manager useful context for the decision, while the source workflow continues to handle the actual approval process.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 11 — Current and future balances
Timeline: 266–295 seconds
On-screen text: Current is recorded. Future is projected.
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
Team balances distinguish a recorded Current balance from a projected Future balance, each at its shown date. Within range means there is no negative balance or excessive annual-leave signal under the configured threshold. A low available balance alone is informational. It does not make the employee unhealthy, and Within range does not promise that any proposed leave request will qualify.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 12 — A leave request for a team member
Timeline: 295–324 seconds
On-screen text: A manager can open a leave request on their behalf
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
When an employee calls in sick, an authorised manager can start from the employee row and choose Request leave. The selected person must be within the manager’s permitted team. The workspace then opens the existing leave request screen in that employee’s context. The manager reviews the required details there. Capture, validation and deliberate submission remain with the established leave process.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 13 — Workflow and team milestones
Timeline: 324–353 seconds
On-screen text: Workflow actions and team celebrations
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
The workspace also keeps two useful daily checks nearby. Open Workflow to review the work waiting in the established inbox, then use Birthdays and contacts to see upcoming celebrations. These are brief stops in the manager’s day, with direct routes back to the full source records. The workspace brings them together without replacing their individual access rules or business processes.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 14 — The performance review period
Timeline: 353–382 seconds
On-screen text: Contracts, review completion and important dates
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
Performance starts with the current review context. Choose the period and team scope, then see contract coverage, completed manager reviews and outstanding review work. Important dates, tasks and resources help explain what comes next. Where configured, a report picker opens the relevant report. The numbers describe the reviews included by the current filters, so managers can read the summary in context.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 15 — Contract and review status
Timeline: 382–411 seconds
On-screen text: Contract acceptance, ratings and review reports
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
The performance grid makes the individual review position visible. Check whether a contract is linked and accepted, whether the review is in progress or complete, and what has happened with moderation and employee confirmation. Self, peer and manager rating columns retain their own report links where available. Open the source report when a score or status needs more context.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 16 — Performance chart context
Timeline: 411–440 seconds
On-screen text: Ratings, contract linking, review progress and sign-off
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
The performance chart set explains several parts of the review population. Numeric ratings can show employee averages, while text-rating configurations show their recorded rating distribution. A label such as Meeting expectations belongs to that configured rating scale. The other visuals explain contract linking, review progress and sign-off. Read each chart with its own definition and the current review filters.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 17 — Learning and compliance
Timeline: 440–469 seconds
On-screen text: Development requests and employee source records
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
Learning and compliance provides a short route into the work managers already do. Request approved learning for reporting employees, review training schedules or open assessments. For qualifications and compliance detail, select the employee and use the authorised source tabs. These links appear according to the available modules and the manager’s menu access, so the workspace reflects the tools the organisation uses.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 18 — Positions and requisitions
Timeline: 469–497 seconds
On-screen text: Positions, unoccupied roles and requests awaiting decisions
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
Staff requisitions brings the position picture and the request picture together. See team positions, unoccupied roles, your active requests and the requests awaiting a decision. The occupancy strip makes occupied and unoccupied positions easy to compare. Request history follows the requests you created, while the position view follows the available team scope. Those measures answer different management questions.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 19 — Ready to request
Timeline: 497–526 seconds
On-screen text: Occupancy and request readiness have different meanings
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
An occupied position can still be relevant when the manager needs a replacement. Use the occupancy filters to understand the role, then Ready to request to find positions that are not already marked Requested or Approved. Readiness here is a workflow starting point. It does not mean recruitment has approval, and the capture screen still applies its configured requirements and validation.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 20 — The position Grid
Timeline: 526–555 seconds
On-screen text: The detail, the role and the reporting line
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
Switch the workforce view to match the question. Grid gives a detailed position list. Cards make individual roles easier to scan. Tree brings people and positions into the reporting-line view. Current occupants and previous occupancy information help explain replacement context where available. Search and filters stay useful as you move between the views, with native request actions attached to eligible records.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 21 — Position Cards
Timeline: 555–574 seconds
On-screen text: The detail, the role and the reporting line
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
Cards make individual positions easier to scan. Review the position, its department and the occupancy context before choosing the next action. Current occupants and previous occupancy information help explain replacement requests where that information is available.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 22 — The workforce Tree
Timeline: 574–596 seconds
On-screen text: The detail, the role and the reporting line
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
Tree brings people and positions into the workforce view. Use it to understand the role in its reporting context, then inspect the native request action where the record is eligible. Existing scope and permission rules continue to define the information and actions available.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 23 — A pending requisition
Timeline: 596–623 seconds
On-screen text: Request filters, detail and the native report
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
Open Pending requisitions to focus on active requests awaiting a decision. Review the requested position, request type and current status, with further detail available for the record. The report action opens the established requisition report. This gives the manager a clear place to follow progress, while the existing workflow remains responsible for decisions and status changes.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 24 — The prepared requisition
Timeline: 623–652 seconds
On-screen text: The modern editor follows your organisation’s configuration
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
A position action can carry the relevant context into the modern requisition editor. Complete the configured details, explain the reason and motivation, and review the dates and appointment information that apply. Required and optional fields follow the organisation’s configuration. This example stops at a prepared request. The manager must deliberately follow the normal submission process when making a real request.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 25 — Configured workforce reports
Timeline: 652–677 seconds
On-screen text: Configured report links use the current context
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
The report picker presents reports configured for the staff-requisition workspace and permitted for the current user. Choose a report to continue through the established Report Portal workflow. This preview shows the picker and its context. The dedicated Report Portal presentation demonstrates native report results and background retrieval in more detail.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 26 — Actions and people insights
Timeline: 677–706 seconds
On-screen text: An action board with filters and source links
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
Actions and insights separates work to Act now, items to Watch next, and Decisions that need source evidence. Filter by module or priority, or search for a signal. The summary counts show active signal areas rather than a total of employees. Open the relevant source from a card, then make the decision in the module that owns the record.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 27 — The visual overview
Timeline: 706–732 seconds
On-screen text: Eight signal areas, with source context
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
Switch to Visual overview for another view of the same active signals. The example has eight signal areas: three action areas, two watch areas and three decision areas. Module bars show where those signal areas originate. These counts describe active categories and do not add up unrelated employee, task or risk measures.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 28 — The selected team timeline
Timeline: 732–758 seconds
On-screen text: Current queues and selected recent or upcoming events
Visual / production direction: Show the matching dark product excerpt. Hold still for the controls and labels.
NARRATION
The team timeline highlights selected new starters, role changes and service milestones. Ahsoka Tano joins Jedi Academy and Luke Skywalker moves into Jedi Knight in this fictional feed. Source-defined counts keep their own meanings. The Visual overview option provides another way to inspect the active signals, while full history stays in the source modules.
Transition: short dissolve to the next scene.

SCENE 29 — Manager Workspace is coming soon
Timeline: 758–787 seconds
On-screen text: Manager Workspace is coming soon
Visual / production direction: Dark title scene. Keep the text in view.
NARRATION
The MyFocus Manager Workspace is coming soon. Team availability, people records, performance and workforce requests come together around the manager’s next useful action. The Reports section keeps the existing Report Portal within reach. The dedicated Report Portal showcase explores reporting in more detail. Contact H R Focus to discuss a preview of the manager workflows that matter to your organisation.
