INTERNAL REPLAY PACKAGE - synthetic report walkthrough
Local target used: Dev_AlexForbes_HR on BRENDANDESKTOP. No remote execution authorised.
Two literal-data views: six fictional Star Wars people; eight balance rows. Employee SW-001 deliberately exists in both JEDI and REBEL, proving the composite company/employee join. Annual leave produces six correct rows; employee-only joining produces eight. Multiple leave types are one-to-many and must be filtered/grouped deliberately. No actual employees, contacts, payroll or reviews are read.
Apply uses existing source/report permission group anchors by stable source and report names; it does not change user memberships. Auditing of the new report remains enabled. One existing setting is snapshotted privately in __Codex_SW_ReportLaunch_State_202610 before enabling background execution. Defaults and credentials are untouched.
Run with -Mode DryRun, then Rehearse, Apply, Verify. Specify -ExpectedDatabase and -ExpectedMachine and -AllowDemoChanges plus a secure connection or explicit local Web.config. No credential is stored here. Refresh application variables through the native settings action after enabling/restoring the feature; no source edit or IIS restart is required.
Rollback refuses when native saved reports, executions or retained access-audit dependencies remain. Remove only these owned examples through native UI after separate deliberate review; it never deletes audit history. Retained snapshot table is intentionally kept. Only named .sql files are executed; rollback is separate.
Native saved report definitions and job receipts will be retained separately after the real UI sequence. No email, notification-service queue, payroll, leave calculation or employee update is performed. Completion toast is normal Copilot browser polling.
17 October user approval: existing Administrator group (local ID4) may open ONLY the six-row Jedi Council - Leave Coverage report. Applied once. Replay resolves the group by its stable name and existing catalogue membership. No user memberships or existing report access were changed.
