LOCAL APPLICATION STATUS - 18 October 2026
The user explicitly approved the local rehearsal and apply after disclosure of business-trigger isolation and Employee/Personal table locks.
DryRun passed. Apply/restore rehearsed within an outer rollback. Independent before/after checks confirmed original photo, base64, display fields, timestamps and trigger states were preserved by rehearsal, and its new backup table was rolled back.
The four mapped portraits were applied locally and verified. The selected fourth employee received the authorised Obi-Wan display rename. A second apply preserved the mapped values/timestamps and trigger states; verification passed again. Target-local before-images remain in __Codex_StarWarsPortraitBackup for controlled restore, not in this distributable package.
All four new SQL scripts passed PARSEONLY syntax checks, and the PowerShell runner passed AST syntax validation. Native application photo precedence was inspected; authenticated browser photo rendering is not separately recorded after apply.
Automatic approval review initially rejected a rehearsal; no mutation occurred in that rejected request. After explicit user approval, the local run was accepted and completed.
No Dev Lighter or customer database was changed. Recheck target mappings, schema, trigger allowlist and existing rename/department prerequisites before deployment elsewhere. Existing broader companions are unchanged and must not be repeated locally merely to add portraits.
