Learning course-to-program linking — verification

Correction

The page needs the programme name only. Its current loader reads that name from the existing DataSet result rather than hydrating the legacy object and converting an unused nullable audit date. Initial load and post-save IntPage use this corrected loader. Link persistence, workflow and security rules are unchanged.

Verified here

The existing LearningCourseLinkingRegressionTests test passed. It covers null and populated audit dates and repeated initial/post-save name loads. The authorized native programme linking screen populated both course lists without dialogs or page errors. No live link save was performed in this verification.

UAT instructions

  1. Open Programmes as an authorized Learning administrator and click Link course to program. Confirm the programme and both lists load without a date-conversion warning.
  2. In a disposable UAT programme, add a permitted course and Save. Confirm existing direct-save or configured approval behavior, then reopen and verify the link.
  3. Restore the test link. Repeat with empty and populated programme audit dates.

Course Type and save confirmation

The course editor currently loads nine Course Type options and selects the placeholder when no valid creation default is selected. This is not proof of a failed lookup or saved selection. The centered Course Saved notification style is present; earlier geometry fixtures did not perform a real course save. These observations are separate from the linking defect.
