How this register is maintained

Entries are published by the merge workflow, not inferred from file dates. A reviewed module may intentionally remain unchanged. “Not recorded” means no verified entry has been published, not that a module was never merged.

Use the existing target-specific merge skill with a named module. Each run records its date and time, release, changes, retained differences and validation. History is append-only; repeat publication of the same run and module is rejected. Times are displayed in South African time.

The register does not execute merges or database scripts. No credentials, connection strings, client data or source-code payloads belong here.
